La Habra police are asking the public’s help to find a missing 4-year-old girl who was last seen with her father.

Isabelle Grace Delgado left with her father Felipe Alexander Delgado at 9 a.m. on July 27. The older Delgado told his mother that he was “going to the beach.”

The mother of the little girl told authorities that the father possibly took her to Mexico, but Felipe Delgado’s family said he has no contacts or friends in Mexico.

Felipe Delgado, 22, was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and white shoes. His daughter Isabelle was reportedly only wearing a bathing suit.

“If members of the public have seen either Delgado, or have any information regarding this case, we ask them to please contact the police department at (562) 383-4300, contact Det. Eric Ocampo or Det. David Diaz at (562) 383-4333, or send an email to EOcampo@lahabraca.gov,” said Cindy Knapp, La Habra PD’s spokesperson.

Those wishing to provide information anonymously, can call the Orange County Crime Stoppers at 1(855) TIP-OCCS or go to their website at http://www.crimestoppers.org.
