Westminster PD officers visited local businesses in late August as part of a larger strategy to help address homelessness in the city. Armed with educational fliers, the team of six officers — including Westminster PD’s Homeless Liaison Officer Roland Perez — walked through shopping centers in both the east and west sides of the city, talking to employees, managers and owners at the various retail locations.
