Fullerton Police credit a vigilant resident for the arrest of woman and a female juvenile who were attempting to break into a home in a neighborhood near Marelen Drive and Robin Way.
At 12:23 p.m. on Aug. 26, police received a call from the resident, who reported that two females were trying to break into the residence.
Officers responded and discovered a woman and a girl in the backyard of the home.
Police arrested Ahmari Hall, 18, of Los Angeles and the juvenile on suspicion of attempted burglary.
In a written statement, police said:
“This is a great example of residents keeping an eye out for their neighbors.”
Police also remind residents to keep windows and doors locked when not at home.
