Tustin police seek public’s help regarding altercation at Costco gas station

On Wednesday February 9th, 2022 at approximately 9:07 p.m., there was an altercation involving four male subjects at the Costco gas station, near the 2700 block of Park Ave. in the City of Tustin.  During the altercation one of the subjects fell and hit his head on the ground. The male subject sustained a fractured skull and was transferred to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and passed away.  The Tustin Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating anyone who may have witnessed or has any information regarding this incident.
