Westminster police on Wednesday arrested two people suspected of killing a 56-year-old man, then fleeing to Riverside County.
Police at about 10:16 p.m. on March 8 responded to reports of a man down near Topaz Street and Sapphire Avenue.
Officers found the victim, Frank Duvall, unresponsive in a vehicle and showing signs of trauma. Duvall died at the scene, police said.
Westminster detectives identified Frank Duvall’s nephew, Daniel Lee Duvall, 37, and Tina Arbogast, 45, both of Westminster, as the suspects.
Detectives learned Duvall and Arbogast were hiding in a home in Canyon Lake in Riverside County, and arrested the pair at about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Duvall was arrested on suspicion of homicide, and Arbogast was arrested on suspicion of accessory to homicide, police said.
