A 52-year-old man was arrested after crashing his car twice and running naked along the 405 freeway on-ramp, Huntington Beach police officials said.
The man rear-ended his black Scion into a vehicle, drove away and crashed into a second car at about 10:20 a.m. Sunday on Beach Boulevard near Edinger Avenue.
Police said the man got out of his car, stripped and ran to a nearby parking lot where he vandalized two cars.
He then ran naked along the on-ramp of the 405 freeway before officers caught up with him and detained him, police said.
William Taylor, of Huntington Beach, was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
