Westminster police are appealing to the public to help find a missing man who is in need of medication.
Aetonu Carmelo, 34, was last seen at about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20, at a local health facility where he lives.
Police said Carmelo left the facility on a day-pass, but has not returned.
Employees of the facility and police searched the surrounding areas but did not find Carmelo.
Carmelo last went missing from the facility on March 21 and was found shortly after, police said.
He is described as Korean, 5’10” and 168 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black jacket and jeans.
