It didn’t fall on Valentine’s Day, but in February the Anaheim PD got a little love from a local church.
Members of Iglesia Ni Cristo, a Christian church located across the street from PD headquarters on Harbor Boulevard, hosted “Police Appreciation Day” Feb. 27, showering the officers with thank yous, food and goodie bags.
The event, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., provided the officers with an opportunity to engage with members of the Anaheim community.
Behind the Badge OC Photographer Steven Georges was on hand to capture the fun.
