On this week’s Behind the Badge in 60 Seconds, Orange County public safety agencies, led by the OC Sheriff’s Department, launch the Text-to-911 program; Anaheim officers find shelter for 150 people experiencing homelessness; and crime prevention specialist Brad Beyer at the Orange Police Department works to prevent crime.
