Anaheim PD arrests 2017 homicide suspect
0After two years on the case, the Anaheim Police Department Homicide Detail has arrested a suspect in the 2017 shooting death of a Placentia man. Luis Alberto Garcia Arias, 36, of Jurupa Valley, was arrested on May 28, 2020, in Riverside. He’s being held on a $3 million bail. Arias is a suspect in the death of 27-year-old Rafael Luna, who was found injured with a gunshot wound in the 2500 block of East Terrace Street on November 24, 2017.
