For the last few years, Bakersfield Police Department had to pivot when it came to their annual Halloween event held inside of their department. It was the one time of the year where residents could take an insider’s tour of the building on the corner of Truxtun and Eye Streets, while dressed as a vampire, scarecrow, or princess.
