The Fullerton PD is asking for the public’s help in finding a male motorist suspected of child annoyance for pulling up alongside a 16-year-old girl and yelling “Get in the car” several times. At about 1 p.m. Monday, April 24, officers responded to a suspicious circumstances report in the area of Richman Avenue and Valencia Drive.
