Garden Grove police officers responded to a report of shots fired at about 7:20 p.m. March 1, and found a man who appeared to have sustained a gunshot wound to the head. The Garden Grove Police Department is seeking information pertaining to the shooting. Officers on the scene discovered a vehicle that had crashed into the back of another vehicle inside a carport in the 1400 block of Buena Street. The driver of the vehicle appeared to have sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was unresponsive.
