0Editor’s note: The Orange County Sheriff’s Department issued the following news release on Oct. 30, 2019: On Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, at approximately 12:30 p.m., members of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Detail arrested Cole Austin Cazel, 22, of San Juan Capistrano, for contacting minors for the purpose of soliciting child pornography.
