Westminster police commemorate former officers lost to suicide
0Ever since former Westminster policemen Sgt. Tom Richard and Officer Ken Pate died from self-inflicted injuries 10 and 11 years ago, respectively, the local police agency has been at the forefront of advocating for suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
