The Fullerton PD is asking for the public’s help in finding a male motorist suspected of child annoyance for pulling up alongside a 16-year-old girl and yelling “Get in the car” several times.

At about 1 p.m. Monday, April 24, officers responded to a suspicious circumstances report in the area of Richman Avenue and Valencia Drive.

When they arrived, officers met with the girl, who said she had been walking southbound on Richman, just south of Valencia, when a male pulled up next to her in a tan-colored pickup truck, stopping his vehicle against oncoming traffic.

The man began yelling “Get in the car” multiple times and followed the girl in his vehicle for a brief period as she walked southbound.

The girl got frightened and took out her cell phone to make a call and the man then fled.

The suspect is described as a male Hispanic in his late 20s or early 30s, with a thin build, shaved head, and a beard with no mustache.
