Huntington Beach police have identified the man suspected of using his cell phone to take pictures underneath a woman’s skirt while she was shopping in Walmart.
Police on Thursday identified the man as James Hickey, 53, and said he has been arrested for similar crimes in Arizona.
On Nov. 7, Huntington PD put out an announcement about the incident that happened at the Walmart at Beach Boulevard and Talbert Avenue.
When the man was confronted about his inappropriate photography, he fled the scene.
Police said he was driving a white Ford Ranger with an Arizona license plate of AYS1085.
His whereabouts are unknown at this time, and police are asking for anyone with information to call the police department at 714-960-8825 or the Huntington Beach Police Tip Line at 714-375-5066.
