Behind the Badge
Fullerton police arrested two homeless parolees Saturday who had changed the locks, reconnected the electricity and had been living for an unknown amount of time in a vacant business.
The men had caused a significant amount of damage to the business in the 1900 block of E. Chapman Ave., police officials said.
Police contacted Southern California Edison, who responded to repair the damaged electrical box.
