Behind the Badge
Todd Elgin took the oath of office as chief of police of Garden Grove on Jan. 13 and his wife, Karen, was there to pin on his badge.
Garden Grove TV3 reporter Thao Ta also was there and filed this story Feb. 11 (click on video above).
Elgin is the 12th chief of the Garden Grove Police Department.
Friends and family filled the Community Center B-room to see the ceremony and wish Elgin well.
