Behind the Badge
The Orange County District Attorney’s Office released on Tuesday a video alerting the public about IRS phone scams.
The video (click above), made public April 5, features an actual recorded call from a scammer to a DA investigator, who calls the scammer back and peppers him with questions.
Also in the video, Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas weighs in with tips for consumers.
