0The Fullerton Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying two sexual battery suspects. The first incident took place about 6 p.m. Aug. 6 when a female was walking her dog near the intersection of Caitlin and Sheddon streets when she was approached from behind by a man on foot. The suspect sexually battered the woman and then walked away when the victim started yelling.
