Crosswalk operation in Garden Grove results in 131 citations to careless motorists
0A crosswalk operation performed by the Garden Grove PD earlier this month resulted in 131 citations issued to drivers who failed to yield the right of way to a GGPD cadet wearing a reflective safety vest while crossing in a crosswalk.
