0The La Habra Police Department has shared its policies and procedures with the community via social media, highlighting the agency’s commitment to providing “excellent, impartial, and unbiased policing.” The department, which also does not authorize chokeholds or strangleholds, published the following in response to recent questions about law enforcement policies, particularly regarding use of force, across the country.
