Irvine Valley College students, Orange County United Way team up to prepare for disasters
0Irvine Valley College student and Student United Way member Austin Coccia – deployed in 2011 with the U.S. Air Force as part of the Odyssey Dawn operation in Libya – well understands the importance of preparation. Coccia recalled having less than 24 hours to prepare for deployment.
