Fullerton PD seeks public’s help in finding suspect tied to identity thefts, grand thefts

The Fullerton Police Department is asking for help from the public in identifying a man suspected of committing grand theft and identity theft in connection to the withdrawal of more than $180,000 from several Southern California banks.

In cases dating back to summer 2015, the man is suspected of using forged Social Security cards and driver licenses to make the withdrawals.

The suspect is described as white, between age 65 to 80, 5 foot 9 inches to 6 feet tall, grey hair, weighing 180 to 190 pounds and dressed professionally.

In one of the Los Angeles County cases from summer 2015, the suspect was believed to have been driving a gold BMW SUV.
