Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department are looking to the public for information or for additional victims of a 32-year-old man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman at a massage facility in Mission Viejo.

OCSD investigators on Wednesday, Feb. 22, arrested Ryan Daniel Bishop of Laguna Hills on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 32-year-old woman at Massage Heights, 26032 Marguerite Pkwy, unit A2, in Mission Viejo.

Investigators with the OCSD Special Victims Detail were contacted Feb. 17 after patrol deputies took a report of a woman who said she was sexually assaulted while receiving a massage from Bishop, who was working as a massage therapist at the establishment.

Investigators arrested Bishop in Laguna Hills following a five-day investigation.

Investigators discovered Bishop previously worked at Main Place Chiropractic in the city of Orange and possibly at other therapy locations in Orange County.

Due to Bishop’s possible employment as a massage therapist at unknown locations, investigators believe there may be more victims.

Bishop was booked into Orange County Jail for sexual battery and is scheduled to appear in court Friday, Feb. 24.

Anyone with information or who believes they were victimized should contact the OCSD Special Victims Detail at 714-647-7419 or 714-647-7000.
