Garden Grove Police on Tuesday arrested a Corona woman on suspicion of DUI after her car caused a collision involving four other vehicles and her car ended up on its passenger side.

No one was injured in the 1 a.m. smashup on Haster Street south of Lampson Avenue.

Wendy Christine Savage, 45, was driving her black 2000 Accord four-door north on Haster when she drifted into the southbound lanes and sideswiped a van, police said.

The van then collided into a Camry, and Savage’s car collided into an Acura Integra.

The Integra was pushed onto the sidewalk and then into a Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck, according to a news releases from the Garden Grove PD.

A Garden Grove Police officer who is a Drug Recognition Expert determined Savage was driving under the influence of drugs and she was arrested.

A Chihuahua inside Savage’s car was uninjured and was taken into the custody of Orange County Animal Control officers.
