Anaheim PD traffic investigators would like to speak to the individuals shown in the above video as possible witnesses to the fatal street-racing accident that occurred at Ball Road and Euclid Street around 2 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10. Two people were killed in the crash and one passenger was seriously injured.
