0A Garden Grove police officer was struck by a car in a motel parking lot prior to an officer-involved shooting just after midnight on Sunday, March 11. Two GGPD officers were on foot patrol in the parking lot of the Grove Motel at 9821 Garden Grove Boulevard when they saw three people inside a Honda Accord parked in a stall.
