Garden Grove police officers early Monday arrested four individuals on suspicion of being in possession of a replica handgun, possessing graffiti tools, vandalism and resisting arrest. At about 12:18 a.m. Jan. 29, an officer saw two males running from a closed business to a parked vehicle in the 1000 block of Garden Grove Boulevard. After the individuals got into the vehicle, the officer approached and saw four people inside, including one with a handgun.
